With every reservation we also like to provide you with the proper information of refund and cancellation policies.
REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy is a 100% refund if canceled up until 1 month of the date you are booked to come and 50% if you cancel between 48h and 1 month before the date of your trip. Cancelation of your booking less than 48 hours before or no show is no refund. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to bad weather, we will attempt to reschedule or offer you a full refund.
NO REFUND IS ISSUED IF CLIENT DOES NOT SHOW, OR CANCELS the DAY OF RESERVATION.
Any cancellations or changes to reservations can be made by email or phone, up to 24 hours prior to the reservation date.
